Aside from that, I think you're likely to be spending a great deal on shipping for something not much different than what you can get locally. Most of the small plastic tanks sold specifically for bettas are imported as it is. If you want something better than cheap mini-tanks, I'd suggest a small Eclipse model or a 5/10 gallon starter kit. The filters in most starter kits are underpowered, but should be enough for a single betta.</description>

So basically this is my own view; but I wouldnt if I were you, when it arrives it may well be troubled and stressed from a bumpy journey, leading to it possibly dying?. So I'd just purchase straight from a pet store.</description>
